Crusaid's Walk for Life 2009
Thank you to all who attended the 2009 Crusaid Walk for Life on Sunday 7th June. With over 2300 walkers crossing the finish line after their 10K walk, the event was a huge success. The funds raised from this year's Crusaid Walk for Life will not only help us continue our vital work benefiting people in poverty and affected by HIV and AIDS but will also increase awareness of this issue in the public forum.
We would like to thank our celebrity supporters Jodie Prenger and Sabrina Washington, corporate sponsors, volunteers and, of course, our incredible participants without whom we couldn't continue Crusaid's Walk for Life.

Crusaid's Summer Garden Party 2009
Crusaid's legendary Summer Garden Party returns for 2009 on Sunday 16 August. Made possible once again by the generosity of Crusaid supporter Rupert Cavendish, the Garden Party will take place around the swimming pool in the lush landscaped garden of Rupert's magnificent Earl's Court home.
Tickets, available to purchase now for just £65, entitle guests to enjoy the unique experience of a sociable afternoon sunning themselves by the pool in this enchanting central London oasis, as well as a delicious Mediterranean buffet lunch, cooling drinks and live entertainment from the superb Scintillo String Quartet and classical singer Fiona Rose. As if that wasn't tempting enough, there'll also be a tombola and auction offering a chance to win some amazing prizes, with every penny raised going to support Crusaid's work in the UK and internationally.
Tickets for Crusaid's Summer Garden Party 2009 are strictly limited and are already selling very quickly. Those who have attended the Summer Garden Party in previous years will remember it as being one of the highlights of the summer social season and will want to attend again.
